Simon Appleford, PhD, assistant professor in the Department of History, has been awarded a Humanities Nebraska Major Grant Award in the amount of $10,000 for his project titled “The Natural Face of North America: A Public Portal to the Maximilian–Bodmer Collection.” This program is funded in part by Humanities Nebraska and the Nebraska Cultural Endowment.
