James Lynskey, PT, PhD, associate professor and founding chair of the Doctor of Physical Therapy – Phoenix program was awarded with colleague, Mark Bowden, chair of the Physical Therapy Department at the Medical University of South Carolina, “A clinical practice guideline to improve locomotor function in acute and subacute stroke, incomplete spinal cord injury and brain injury survivors” by the American Physical Therapy Association.
