Thomas Purcell, PhD, CPA, professor of accounting and chair of the accounting department, has been re-elected as Vice Chair of the Board of Public Accountancy for the State of Nebraska. Purcell has served as Vice Chair of the Board for the last two years and has been a member since 2014.
