Edward Morse, professor of law and holder of the McGrath North Endowed Chair in Business Law, reports the following:
On Sept. 17, he gave a continuing education lecture to the Omaha Estate Planning Council on the topic of pass-through entity taxation.
On Oct. 11, he gave a continuing education lecture to the Section of Taxation at the Nebraska State Bar Association Annual meeting on “Case Studies on the Ethical Obligations of Tax Practitioners”.
