R. Collin Mangrum, JD, professor of law, presented a two-hour Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to prosecutors and JAG Corps officers on July 10 in El Paso County, Colorado. On Aug. 10, he presented an all-day seminar to approximately 100 Utah Practitioners on Expert Testimony in Utah.
