Edward Morse, JD, the McGrath North Mullin and Kratz endowed chair in business law and president of the University faculty has been involved in the works of several publications including:

- “Important Developments in Federal Income Tax (2017),” Morse’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) materials for the Great Plains Tax Institute, have reached “top-ten download” status on SSRN with more 100 downloads to date.
- Presentations:
- On Jan. 23, Morse spoke to the Legatus Chapter of New Orleans on the subject of “Redeeming the Culture: Private Ordering Together.” Legatus is the world’s premier membership organization for Catholic business leaders committed to learn, live and spread the Catholic faith.
- On Jan. 26-27, Morse served as program chair for the American Bar Association’s Cyberspace Law Institute, a CLE program held in Atlanta. Morse served as moderator for the program “Operationalizing Cyber Risk” and co-chaired the committee on Non-US Cyber Regulation with David Flint of Glasgow, Scotland.
