Wake Up Workouts Spring Session!

Join us for our spring session of Wake Up Workouts.

These before work group fitness classes are for all fitness levels! They are led by certified personal trainers. During the classes we will do a variety of cardio and strength exercises using both body weight and equipment. It’s a great way start your day with some fun and sweat!

Dates:  April 9 – May 9

Days:  Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time:  6:45-7:30 a.m.
