The “15 for Me” Challenge encourages taking 15 minutes each day to engage in healthy, stress-management activities.

Sign up on the SimplyWell portal.  Go to MyCreighton, click on the apple and log in with your NET ID and BLUE password.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of the homepage and click on the 15 for Me Challenge to get registered!  You can earn up to 1,000 wellness program points.
