Bookstore Department Charges

In collaboration with Barnes & Noble College, we are excited to announce a more efficient and effective method of payment for department approved charges in the bookstore.

Effective July 9, departments will be required to use a University-issued purchasing card for authorized purchases. This process change will improve operations across campus by reducing costs to the University, automating data flows and improving oversight over these transactions.

In preparation of this transition, departments requiring P-Cards should visit the P-Card site for more information and/or to initiate a request.Barnes & Noble College is pleased to honor a 25% discount for all department purchases. However, please note the “traditional fund and org. department charge transaction” utilized today will no longer be available as of June 30.
