What:  Sign up for our newest Lifestyle Management program designed to teach you how to incorporate plant-based eating.  It’s called PLANT Forward!  During the program you’ll learn why incorporating a plant-based diet it key to lifelong health and reducing health risks.  You’ll also learn how to implement it into your busy schedule and how to tackle typical barriers to healthier eating.  Plus, find out why eating plant-based can be caring for our planet and improve sustainability.  Feel free to attend the kickoff session to find out more about the program.

Program Components:

  • Weekly group connection PLANT Forward sessions, including cooking demos, taste testing, group discussion and more!
  • 3- one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Fork Over Knives: The Plant-Based Way to Health book

Cost: $20

Participants can earn their registration money back by attending at least two coaching sessions, participating in at least four seminars and complete the pre- and post-biometrics.
