Julie Hoffman, DPT, associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, and Dimitrios Katsavelis, PhD, assistant professor in Exercise Science, collaborated to publish a cross-sectional reliability and validity study measuring pectoralis minor length in women following treatment for breast cancer. Decreased pectoralis minor length is a common problem following breast cancer treatment and can lead to should pain, impingement syndrome, and frozen shoulder.
