Tom Wong, PhD, assistant professor of physics, published an article “Isolated vertices in continuous-time quantum walks on dynamic graphs” in the journal Physical Review A. It shows how a quantum particle evolving on a sequence of graphs can implement a universal set of quantum gates for quantum computation. An open-access preprint is available on the arXiv.
