Keegan Appointed to ACAD Board, Publishes Essay

Bridget KeeganBridget Keegan, PhD, Professor of English and Dean of Arts and Sciences, has been selected to a three-year term on the board of the American Conference of Academic Deans (ACAD). Founded in 1945, ACAD is dedicated to promoting the transformative power of liberal education and supporting the professional development of academic leaders.
In addition, Keegan has recently published a chapter entitled “The Laboring-Class Atlantic” in the collection Teaching Laboring-Class British Literature of the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Centuries, published as part of the MLA’s Approaches to Teaching Series.
