MUD will be replacing the water main along Cass Street between 20th and 24th streets beginning the week of May 20. The work is expected to take about five weeks to complete. At selected times during the work, water to buildings will be turned off so connections can be made. Facilities will keep you informed about the outages as they know of them. MUD is very flexible (should get at least 48 hours notice of the outages and the outages will be scheduled for times when the buildings are off line). Some of what can be expected during the construction can be found on the Facilities website.

Energy saved from one, recycled aluminum can, will operate a TV for three hours, and is equivalent to a half a can of gasoline.
