Take a break from work and from the heat and join us for a low-sweat strength training workout for employees.

  • When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:30-1 p.m.
  • Dates: June 13 – July 6 (no class July 4)
  • Where: KFC Multipurpose Room
  • Cost: FREE

No sign up required! Please do wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Workouts are for ALL fitness levels!
