Anne Ozar, Ph.D., assistant professor of philosophy, received the Omicron Delta Kappa Teaching for Tomorrow award at the Founders Week Leadership Recognition Awards Ceremony on Feb. 7. This award serves as a way for the Creighton University students to publicly acknowledge faculty members who have positively impacted their lives by going above and beyond the call of duty to serve their students. The faculty members who receive the award have displayed exceptional dedication to their students both in and out of the classroom and exemplify the Jesuit tradition if cura personalis, or care of the whole person.
